The World Health Organization (WHO) reported that traffic-accident deaths in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia decreased by 35% during the 5 years through 2021.
WHO explained that the number of deaths in 2016 was 9,311, and the number decreased to 6,651 in 2021. This confirms the qualitative shift witnessed by Saudi Arabia within the framework of the goals of Vision 2030.
