Two Mongolian Falcons Sold for the First Time for SAR245,000 at Saudi Falcons and Hunting Exhibition

Riyadh: The International Saudi Falcons and Hunting Exhibition 2025, held at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Mulham, witnessed the sale of two Mongolian falcons for the first time, with a total value of SAR245,000, during the opening night of the Mongolian Falcons Auction.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the auction began with the sale of a falcon for SAR115,000, followed by another sold for SAR130,000, amid strong attendance from falconers and falconry enthusiasts.

This year, the exhibition featured a dedicated zone for Mongolian falcons for the first time, highlighting the esteemed position these birds hold among falconers in the Kingdom and the region. They are highly prized for their size, long wingspan, endurance, and distinctive color variations-from light white to dark brown-making them favorites among both professional and amateur falconers.
