Tenth Jazan Honey Festival, A Gateway to Boost Tourism and Support Beekeepers

Jazan: The 10th Jazan Honey Festival, organized by the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture as part of the "Jazan Winter 2025" season, continues to attract more beekeepers of all age groups at the Cultural Centre Square in Al-Edabi Governorate.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the festival aims to introduce the quality of the local honey product varieties and encourage beekeepers to develop and increase local honey production by contributing to new marketing opportunities. This initiative aligns with the Kingdom's Vision 2030 by achieving sustainability and improving the quality of the local output. Sixty beekeepers display more than 15 varieties of high-quality honey and offer visitors the opportunity to buy their products at competitive prices.

After its successes over the past ten years, the festival represents an important economic tributary. Honey is in demand in the local and regional markets, thus enhancing Jazan's position as a distinctive tourist destination.
