Riyadh: The Saudi Statistics Forum has wrapped up its proceedings, featuring three sessions that delved into critical issues influencing the statistical sector. The forum saw participation from representatives of international organizations, alongside local and international experts and decision-makers. According to Saudi Press Agency, the final day of the forum included multiple dialogue sessions that examined how innovative technologies are transforming data production, collection, and analysis. The discussions also highlighted the crucial role of the private sector in supporting and generating statistical data. Participants underscored the significance of the private sector in improving the quality of economic estimates and indicators. They also explored opportunities to bolster public-private partnerships aimed at developing sustainable and accurate data sources that facilitate informed economic and development decisions.
