Riyadh: The International Saudi Falcons and Hunting Exhibition 2025 launched the Safari Zone, an innovative addition to its activities, aimed at raising awareness of Saudi Arabia's wildlife, highlighting endangered species, and promoting the importance of maintaining environmental balance. According to Saudi Press Agency, the safari zone offers visitors an educational and interactive experience that combines entertainment and knowledge, allowing them to learn about the characteristics of animals and their natural habitats while interacting with them through activities such as feeding, all within a specially prepared environment. The zone is home to a collection of endangered species found in the Kingdom. The initiative underscores national efforts to protect these species and to raise awareness of the value of biodiversity and the importance of its preservation. The zone also includes an area for camel riding, showcasing the camel's role in Saudi culture and desert heritage, and reaffirming its historical s ignificance in the life of the Arabian Peninsula. The exhibition offers a mini safari experience focused on the Kingdom's desert environment and its authentic biodiversity. It serves as an engaging platform that merges learning with entertainment, employing innovative methods to bring visitors closer to wildlife in a framework that supports the concept of responsible ecotourism. The International Saudi Falcons and Hunting Exhibition 2025, organized by the Saudi Falcons Club, runs until October 11 at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham, north of Riyadh, with the participation of more than 1,300 exhibitors and brands from 45 countries.
