Qiddiya Partners with Deloitte and Google to Launch Cloud Centre of Excellence

Riyadh: Qiddiya Investment Company has announced in a press release today a strategic partnership with Deloitte and Google to establish a Cloud Centre of Excellence (CCoE), marking a new step in its digital transformation journey. The initiative will be delivered through a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model with the goal of accelerating Qiddiya's adoption of next-generation cloud technologies.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the CCoE will serve as the hub for designing and deploying Qiddiya's cloud infrastructure and tools, while building internal capabilities and fostering cross-functional collaboration. It will also introduce a tailored cloud governance framework to ensure security, resilience, and cost-efficiency, supporting Qiddiya's long-term ambition to become a global destination built for play.

Chief Technology Officer at Qiddiya Abdulrahman Alali said: "The Cloud Centre of Excellence will help us lay a strong digital foundation, empowering our teams to deliver bold, future-ready experiences to the world."

CEO of Deloitte Consulting Middle East Rashid Bashir added: "Together with Google, we're helping to build the digital infrastructure that will power Qiddiya's next chapter."
