Riyadh: The National Center for Security Operations processed 32,158,467 calls through the unified emergency number (911) in Riyadh, Makkah, and Eastern regions during 2024. Of these, 29,817,974 were inquiries and service requests, while 2,340,493 traffic and humanitarian calls were directed to relevant authorities for action.
According to Saudi Press Agency, 1,119,752 calls were received during the Hajj season of 1445 AH. The National Center for Security Operations efficiently receives and dispatches calls around the clock to appropriate security and service agencies using advanced systems operated by multilingual specialists with high accuracy and professionalism.
The center is a key Ministry of Interior initiative within the Quality of Life Program, a part of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
