Jeddah: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) yesterday issued an initial approval certificate to Ebsar Charity Foundation in Jeddah to operate outside the Kingdom.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the certificate was presented by KSrelief Assistant Supervisor-General for Financial and Administrative Affairs Dr. Salah bin Fahd Al-Mazrou to the foundation's board chairman, Eng. Abdulrahman Abdullah Elkhereiji.
The approval aligns with the directives to enhance the non-profit sector's role in various fields, focusing on rehabilitating the visually impaired. The initiative seeks to use technology for support, provide specialized training, combat blindness, and raise community awareness about visual impairment and prevention methods.
