Riyadh: King Saud University (KSU) is set to celebrate World Teachers' Day with a series of activities on October 5 and 6, attended by Minister of Education and KSU Board of Directors Chairman Yousef Al-Benyan.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the university's celebration aligns with the Kingdom's global participation in this annual occasion, which UNESCO declared for October 5. The theme for this year's celebration is "Recasting teaching as a collaborative profession," aiming to highlight the achievements of teachers and the vital importance of education.
An accompanying university exhibition showcasing public and private educational entities, and several in-person and virtual training courses-including an AI in education session-underscore KSU's commitment to supporting teachers and developing their capabilities in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
