King Salman Academy Concludes Fourth Conference, Highlights Technology’s Role in Arabic Lexicography

Riyadh: The King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language (KSGAAL) concluded its fourth annual international conference yesterday in Riyadh, featuring over 50 experts from 30 countries.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the two-day conference served as a global platform for exchanging expertise and exploring the future of the lexicographic industry. Across 10 scientific sessions, participants addressed institutional cooperation among Arabic language entities, modern trends in lexicographic construction, and the role of technology and artificial intelligence in lexical computing.

KSGAAL Secretary-General Dr. Abdullah Al-Washmi emphasized that the conference extends the Saudi leadership's strong support for the Arabic language, enabling the academy to launch unique projects that enhance the language's global presence.
