Lisbon: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance has initiated the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' date distribution program in Portugal and Germany.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the program was launched in Portugal at the Saudi Embassy in Lisbon, where 2 tons of dates have been allocated to benefit 8,000 people through various Islamic associations.
In Germany, the program was similarly inaugurated at the Saudi Embassy in Berlin, with another 2 tons of dates distributed to around 8,000 individuals in mosques during Ramadan.
