Industry Minister Begins Official Visit to Kuwait for GCC Industrial Cooperation Meeting

Kuwait City: Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources Bandar Alkhorayef began an official visit to Kuwait today, leading the Kingdom's delegation to the 54th meeting of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Industrial Cooperation Committee. The visit aims to enhance bilateral economic ties, foster cooperation in the industrial and mining sectors, and explore joint investment opportunities between Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.

According to Saudi Press Agency, during his stay, Alkhorayef will hold key meetings with Kuwaiti government officials, including Minister of Commerce and Industry Khalifa bin Abdullah Al-Ajeel and Minister of Oil Tareq Al-Roumi. Discussions will focus on expanding economic cooperation, developing trade exchange, strengthening collaboration in industry and mining, and promoting greater Gulf industrial integration.

Alkhorayef is also scheduled to meet with Saudi Ambassador to Kuwait Prince Sultan bin Saad bin Khaled and will participate in a meeting organized by the Saudi Embassy with Kuwaiti private sector leaders to discuss mutual opportunities in the industrial and mining sectors. The visit underscores the robust economic relationship and growing trade between the two nations.
