HRH Crown Prince Presides Over Cabinet Session Focusing on International Relations and Domestic Achievements.

Riyadh: His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, chaired the recent Cabinet session, highlighting key international and domestic developments. The session focused on strengthening ties with several countries and advancing Saudi Arabia's strategic initiatives. According to Saudi Press Agency, the Cabinet praised the outcomes of various international meetings, including the third meeting of the Saudi-Bahraini Coordination Council security committee. The initiatives discussed are set to enhance the strong fraternal relations between the two nations. Additionally, the Cabinet acknowledged the progress made at the second ministerial meeting of the Saudi-Indian Strategic Partnership Council, especially in the fields of industry, infrastructure, and technology. The Cabinet also reviewed Saudi Arabia's participation in the recent G20 meetings, emphasizing efforts to promote sustainability in education and innovation. Discussions included the Kingdom's con tributions to addressing global health challenges and regional peace efforts, notably the hosting of the Global Alliance for Implementation of the Two-State Solution meeting. Further, the Cabinet called for a joint Arab-Islamic summit to address ongoing Israeli aggression in Palestinian and Lebanese territories. It stressed the importance of a political resolution to the Sudan crisis, urging compliance with the Jeddah Declaration to cease hostilities. Domestically, the Cabinet celebrated Saudi Arabia's significant rise in the 2023 international tourist revenue rankings. This achievement highlights the Kingdom's leadership in the tourism sector. Several decisions were made during the session, including Saudi Arabia's accession to the cement and concrete breakthrough initiative and various international agreements concerning taxation, political consultations, and cooperation in air navigation and meteorology.
