The Kingdom’s Embassy in Indonesia held a farewell party yesterday for the 49 Indonesian pilgrims heading to the Holy Land as part of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Hajj Guests Program, in the presence of the Saudi Ambassador to Indonesia Faisal bin Abdullah Al-Amoudi, the religious attaché in Jakarta, Sheikh Ahmed bin Isa Al-Hazmi, and several Indonesian Islamic figures.
Ambassador Al-Amoudi stressed on this occasion that the Kingdom, since its establishment, has spared no effort in serving the pilgrims, and harnessed its capabilities and energies to overcome obstacles and provide the best services to the pilgrims.
He explained that the pilgrims coming from all around the world enjoy security, safety, and superior care from the minute they arrive in the Kingdom until their departure to their countries, thanks to the directives of the Saudi leadership. He expressed his pride in the Kingdom's vast experiences and capabilities that had a great impact on the success of the Hajj seasons over the past decades.
Sheikh Al-Hazmi emphasized the outstanding care given by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the pilgrims within the program which is supervised and implemented by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance, referring to the exceptional care given by the Kingdom's leadership to the Two Holy Mosques and their pilgrims, as all resources in the state are harnessed to serve the pilgrims and facilitate their performance of the Hajj rituals in safety, security, and ease.
The Indonesian pilgrims expressed their deep appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for this initiative, which had a great impact on their morale, stressing that it is the tip of the iceberg of the Royal gestures and the relentless efforts made by the Kingdom's leadership in the service of Islam and Muslims.
