GCC Secretary-General Praises GCC-China Relations As Excellent in Various Fields

Guangzhou, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Jassem Mohamed Albudaiwi, emphasized that the relationship between the GCC member states and the People's Republic of China is characterized by excellence, idealism, and diversification.

He indicated that these relations are robust across various aspects, with a particular focus on economic and trade ties.

Albudaiwi’s remarks came during his meeting with the Chinese Minister of Commerce, Wang Wentao, on the sidelines of the first session of the Trade and Industry Ministers' meetings between the GCC countries and China, yesterday in the city of Guangzhou, People's Republic of China.

During the meeting, various topics were discussed, with a primary focus on emphasizing the shared commitment of the GCC and Chinese parties to strengthen, diversify, and solidify economic and trade relations across all sectors.
