Dust-Stirring Winds and Possible Rain Expected in Several Regions

Riyadh: Dust-stirring winds are expected to blow across various regions, with rain likely in parts of Madinah, Qassim, Hail, Tabuk, Al-Jouf, Northern Borders, and Eastern regions.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the National Center for Meteorology has issued a weather forecast indicating these conditions for Saturday.

Winds over the Red Sea are projected to be northwesterly to northerly, reaching speeds of 18-40 km/h in the northern and central parts, while the southern part will experience southwesterly to southeasterly winds at 12-45 km/h. Wave heights are anticipated to range from half a meter to two meters, resulting in a sea state that will vary from calm to choppy.

In the Arabian Gulf, the forecast predicts winds shifting from westerly to southwesterly during the day to easterly by evening in the northern and central parts. In the southern part, winds will transition from southeasterly to northeasterly at speeds of 12-28 km/h. Waves are expected to be between half a meter and a meter, maintaining a relatively calm sea state.
